This is an aquarium made out of an Apple G3 iMac. I designed and build each aquarium. This one is Blue (indigo) but I have other colors available such as Aqua(Blueberry), Smoke Grey(Graphite), Red(Ruby) and White(Snow). Message me if you are interested in a different color. The 3.5 gallon fish tank sits on a base inside of the iMac case. The aquarium includes a built in light and a Whisper 4i In-Tank filter. I show photos of the tank, filter and the light in separate photos in this listing to show the detail but they will all be installed and ready to go when shipped. Decorations and fish and water are not included. -Custom built acrylic fish tank holds 3.5 gallons of water. -The tank face is curved to match the curve of a CRT monitor. This reduces gaps between the tank and front bezel of the case. -The custom waterproof LED light strip can be turned On/Off by a switch on the back of the case. It illuminates from the top and down each side of the fish tank. -Pre-installed is a Tetra Whisper 4 aquarium filter. The filter is very quiet. -An extra power outlet is located inside the base so you can plug in an additional accessory such as a tank heater or additional lighting if you wish. -The entire case has been polished and waxed to look as new as possible. -The top of the case simply lifts off to access the fish tank inside.The top Apple emblem can be removed to provide a convenient location for daily feeding. -6 foot power cord exits the original power cord hole. I designed and build each aquarium myslef. I source computers that have been discarded. After disassembling the computer I make modifications to the case so it will accomodate the fish tank, light and filter. All unused computer components are properly recycled or sold. Each case is polished, and waxed. I use a four step polishing process with different polishing compounds to remove as many imperfections from the case as possible. I then apply a hydrophobic ceramic wax for added shine and protection.
